Innovation & Sustainability
DiGrande will protect Warren’s open spaces by improving the Master Plan process and involving residents in every decision. He will champion Accessory Dwelling Units to keep families close and meet housing needs, while tackling flooding, upgrading stormwater systems, adding EV chargers, and expanding clean energy.
